We will be upgrading our Online Application
System beginning at midnight on Thursday,
July 9, 2009. The Online Application
System will be unavailable from midnight on
Thursday, July 9th until 7:00 a.m. on
Monday, July 13, 2009. Any
applications for job openings closing on
Thursday, July 9, 2009, must be submitted
prior to midnight on July 9th in order to be
considered.
The City of Mesa
will be adopting a paperless application
process beginning Monday, July 13, 2009.

Recruitment Schedule Changes:
Due to the implementation of a four day work
week, Human Resources' recruitment process
has changed slightly.
Recruitment opening day has changed
from Monday to Friday for both
open and promotional recruitments.
Job openings will be posted at
www.mesaaz.gov/jobs/ at 12:01 a.m. on
Friday morning;
Recruitment closing day has changed
from Friday at 5pm to Thursday at 6pm
for paper applications for both open
and promotional recruitments. All
applications and supplements must be
received on-line by midnight (not
currently available for promotional
openings) on the closing date or
physically received in our office by 6pm
on the closing date to be considered
(please be aware that Human Resources
has the right to open and close
recruitments without prior
notification);
The application drop box has been
moved from inside Mesa City Plaza main
lobby to the outside of the building and
is located at the North Entrance,
just East of the door.
The City of
Mesa changed its web domain from CityofMesa.org to mesaaz.gov.
