Scammers posing as representatives of our Planning and Zoning team are sending fraudulent email messages seeking payment for approved applications. All fees due to the City of Mesa for licenses, permits, and development applications are paid through the DIMES ePermit online portal or in person at a Mesa facility. The Signal Butte Park Phase II project will be located just north of the existing Signal Butte Park (north of the desert wash). Improvements will include the addition of a parking lot (45 spaces and 2 handicap stalls), ramadas (1 large and 2 small), restroom, pathway lighting (paved sections only), stabilized native soil and asphalt concrete pathways (1.6 total miles), pump tracks, and a pedestrian bridge over the wash to connect Signal Butte Park Phase I to Phase II.
