Neighbors Helping Neighbors

The Neighbors Helping Neighbors Program is designed to support Mesa residents who are experiencing challenges maintaining the exterior of their homes due to financial hardship and/or physical limitations.

Through this program, qualified residents may receive assistance with basic exterior home maintenance tasks, including:

  • Landscaping (e.g., removal of weeds, trimming bushes, low-hanging tree branches)
  • Exterior painting
  • Minor fence or gate repairs
  • General debris removal

All services are provided by community volunteers. As such, the program is limited in scope and does not include:

  • Indoor maintenance or repair projects
  • Tree or cactus removal
  • Tree trimming requiring ladders or climbing
  • Structural repairs or modifications

If your needs align with the services we are able to offer, we encourage you to complete a request form. While we cannot guarantee service, we will do our best to assist you.

Thank you for helping us build a stronger, more connected Mesa community.
