Paying utility bills through financial institutions delays posting your payment. Use the online Utility portal, pay by phone, or SUREPAY service for prompt posting to your account.

SurePay (Recurring Bank Draft)

The SurePay program will automatically deduct your City of Mesa utility payment from the bank account you designate approximately 2 days before your due date. The date your payment will be withdrawn will appear on your utility bill. The proof of payment appears on your bank statement and your next billing statement. Should you wish to cancel your SurePay payment, please do so at least two business days prior to the withdrawal date.  There is no fee to pay using SurePay (recurring bank draft).
