Scammers posing as representatives of our Planning and Zoning team are sending fraudulent email messages seeking payment for approved applications. All fees due to the City of Mesa for licenses, permits, and development applications are paid through the DIMES ePermit online portal or in person at a Mesa facility. Following public input and City Council review, the tentative budget is scheduled for adoption on May 18, with final budget adoption planned for June 1. The new budget would go into effect on July 1, 2026.
