The Mesa City Prosecutor's Office is responsible for prosecuting misdemeanor crimes and city code violations occurring within the Mesa city limits, filed in the Mesa Municipal Court.
Felony cases occurring within Mesa are prosecuted by the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.
