The Mesa Police Department has partnered with LexisNexis to provide our accident reports online for purchase.
Please Note:
- Non-criminal accident reports are available online from February 24, 2009 to present.
- Require a Mesa Police Department departmental report number (DR#), date of accident and a valid credit card to access your report for a quick and easy download.
- Fees are $2.60 for involved parties if name on credit card matches a name on the accident report. For all other parties there is an additional convenience fee.
- Crashes can be obtained directly through Mesa Police for $5.00
- Fatal traffic accident reports are not available online. These reports must be requested through the Mesa Police Department.
- Incident reports related to an accident report, such as a DUI, are not available online. These reports must be requested through the Mesa Police Department.
