With more rain in the forecast, some Mesa retention basins are filling up and localized flooding is possible in low-lying areas.
Mesa City Council has issued a Notice of Intent to adjust utility rates, beginning a 60-day period for feedback on the proposed rates and impacs.
Found & Unclaimed Property Expires 30 Days from the Date Posted
The following found and unclaimed items are in possession of the Mesa Police Department. The Mesa Police Department is hereby giving notice to the public of the listed items.
Potential claimants will have a period of 30 days from the initial date an item is posted to contact the Mesa Police Department Evidence Section to make a claim. Proof of ownership and valid photo identification will be required.
At the end of this 30-day period, unclaimed items will be disposed of according to Arizona Revised Statutes 12-941, 12-942, 12-944 and 12-945.
For found property, bicycles, and stolen recovered property, claimant may provide proof of ownership in any of the following ways:
