Northeast Police Division

The Northeast Public Safety Facility opened in August of 2025 and is a combined police and fire facility. The Northeast Police Division provides patrol and investigative police services to a population of approximately 112,276 over 43 square miles of the northeast part of Mesa.

Led by the Northeast Division Commander, the division has 80 sworn members including supervisors, patrol officers, and detectives. The division is supported by 13 professional staff members providing critical administrative support, crime analysis, victim services, patrol and investigative support.

Our mission is to partner with the community to prevent and reduce crime, while ensuring procedural justice by building trust, showing respect, and preserving human rights. Relentless crime fighting, community engagement, and excellence in policing through innovative practices is a priority of the Northeast Division.
