Motorcycle Safety Course

Class size is limited to 32 students. A lottery system may be used to determine participants. Driver’s license status will be confirmed for each student prior to the date of the class. Each student is required to have:

  • Motorcycle that is in good repair
  • Valid drivers license and motorcycle endorsement
  • DOT approved motorcycle helmet that is either ¾ or full-face
    • Off-road helmets are ok
    • No half helmets will be permitted
    • Snell certified helmets that are less than 5 years old are preferred
  • Sturdy over-the-ankle boots
  • Long pants and long-sleeved shirt or jacket
  • Sturdy full-fingered gloves, preferably leather
  • Eye protection such as safety glasses, helmet face shield or sunglasses

Students will be required to sign a waiver of liability prior to course participation.
