The Adult ID Kit provides a means to record identifying information and a place to post a recent photo of the person with AD/D. The Kit also includes questions asked by 9-1-1 operators about missing adults. We encourage all those caring for someone with dementia to complete the Kit and have it readily available for law enforcement in the event the person wanders away from home.
